How do I clear my Web Browser Cache?

Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11

  1. From within the browser, click Tools > Safety > Delete Browsing History.
  2. Uncheck "Preserve favorites website data".
  3. Check only "Temporary internet files".
  4. Click Delete. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache.
  5. If you are using Microsoft Outlook, exit and relaunch.

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the Customize and control Google Chrome button Chrome Button to access Settings and select History.
  2. Click Clear browsing data button.
  3. You can select how far back you want to clear your history. Example: if the issues only started happening recently, maybe only clear "the past week".
  4. Uncheck all boxes except Browsing History.
  5. Click Clear browsing data button.

Mozillea Firefox

  1. From the History menu (located at the top of the Firefox window), select Clear Recent History.
  2. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
  3. Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear. (Choose all of them)
  4. Click "Clear Now"
